Plastic Raw Material

PET is the world’s packaging choice for many foods and beverages because it is hygienic, strong, lightweight, shatterproof, and retains freshness.
Our polyester and other types of fibers and yarns are used in the Automotive and Technical, Home and Apparel, Hygiene and Medical segments.
We offer many different types of synthetic, natural, and blended yarns using polyester, cotton, rayon, acrylic, and nylon fibers with count range from 12 to 60. We are renowned for high quality contamination free cotton yarns.
Our fibers portfolio consists of polyester fibers and yarns, polyolefin fibers, bicomponent fibers, and fibers for automotive textiles, which consist of nylon 6.6, composite fibers, rayon and aramid. These products are grouped into five categories: Home, Apparel, Hygiene and Medical, Automotive, and industrial/ technical.
To support a variety of customers’ requirements, we offer raw materials for food and beverage containers and other consumables. Our products comprise PET molding bottles (preform), bottle caps and bottles.
PET is also popular for packaging salad dressings, cooking oil, peanut butter, shampoo, liquid hand soap, mouthwash, and other personal care items. Special grades of PET are used for take-out containers and food trays that can be warmed in the oven or microwave. The global demand for PET is over 20 million tons a year.
Polyvinyl chloride, also known as PVC, is a synthetic resin.By adding additives such as plasticizers, various properties can be obtained. For this reason, it is used as a raw material for a wide variety of products, including hard plastics, soft plastics, and rubber.
PVC is used in various applications because it is inexpensive, easy to process, and can develop a variety of properties by changing additives. PVCs are broadly classified into rigid PVC and flexible PVC, each of which has different applications.
- Rigid PVC
Rigid PVC has a plasticizer content of 10% or less. Major applications include signboards and signs, pipes and fittings for water and sewage pipes, piping materials for corrosive gases and chemicals, and conduits for electric wires and wiring.
- Flexible PVC
Flexible PVC contains 25~50% plasticizer. It is mainly available in sheet form (0.2mm or thicker), film form (0.2mm or thicker), leather (with fabric backing), and extruded forms

Food & Medical Packaging
Suitable for a wide range of application including processed meat and ready meals, Fresh produce and Dairy and offers the following advantages:

This coextruded film made of polyamide and polyethylene layers is transparent and appears to be glossy. Available with a wide sealing range and high puncture resistance, commonly used for thermoforming applications for soft and vacuum packaging.

Our natural ripening solution for hard and semi-hard cheese that protects your product and boosts cheese yield. The ripening bags of gaseous cheeses is suitable for cheese curing, thus allowing CO2 to be released from the cheese while keeping its oxygen and moisture barrier.

Multilayer films for FFS and flow-pack machines
